Common questions

Manage or cancel your subscription

Your subscription is billed by Apple. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions → Spoken Lantern, where you can change or cancel it. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Restore a purchase

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen to re-link your active subscription.

Delete your account

You can delete your account from within the app. This removes your account data and revokes the Apple sign-in token we hold.
